This policy explains what personal information Stambha Design House ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you send the "Start a project" form: your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, project type, site location and your message.
• When you email, call or WhatsApp us: the details you share with us there.
• Visit counts: we count page views and daily visitors without cookies and without recording who you are.
• Website analytics, only if you accept them on the cookie banner: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, the country, and how fast pages load. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the website securely.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about your project.
• To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to carry out the project.
• To understand which pages are useful and to keep the website fast and secure.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and stores form messages.
• An email service that forwards new form messages to our inbox.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers may store data outside India. They only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them within 24 months if no project goes ahead. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax. Anonymous visit counts are kept for about 13 months.

Cookies and similar storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves a few small settings in your browser: your light or dark mode choice, your answer to the cookie banner, and a marker so that a visit is only counted once a day. The admin area, used only by our team, has one essential login cookie.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• withdraw any consent you gave.

You can also nominate someone to use these rights on your behalf. Email info.stambhadesign@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
