The township is planned around shaded avenues and open greens. A landmark entrance gate leads to a club house with a pool court, framed by timber screens and flowering trees.

Row villas and low-rise apartments share one material language of stone, timber and white render, so the community reads as a whole while every home keeps its own garden and light.
